How it works

Your exports in. Review-ready month-end artifacts out.

UnitClose is deliberately file-based. You operate Yardi Breeze® and your bank as usual, then choose the exports to process. There is no sync to authorize and no credential to hand over.

1. Export your reports

Use standard report export controls to download GL Detail and Transaction Register data. For bank reconciliation, download account activity as a supported file. The workflow does not scrape screens, automate a browser, or log into either system.

2. Upload and map

Choose files from your computer. The future product will identify known column layouts and stop for review when headers are unfamiliar. Because report exports do not provide a complete owner-to-property relationship, you establish that mapping once and can edit it later.

3. Review the math

UnitClose groups ledger activity, calculates statement sections, and surfaces unmapped properties and reconciliation exceptions. Draft variance commentary is deterministic and editable. Nothing is treated as approved until a person reviews it.

4. Download and deliver

Download one consolidated, branded statement per owner or a printable bank-reconciliation worksheet. Generated work is designed to expire after download or 24 hours. UnitClose does not write anything back to Yardi Breeze.

Responsibility stays with you. UnitClose is a calculation and document-preparation tool. It is not legal or accounting advice, and outputs require review.
