Month-end, without the spreadsheet marathon

Turn Yardi Breeze exports into polished owner statements in 10 minutes.

Audit-ready bank reconciliation and white-label owner statements from the reports you already export — no integrations, no consultants, and never your login.

Four calm steps

From exported rows to review-ready files.

01 · Export

Use standard reports

Export GL Detail and Transaction Register reports using the normal controls in Yardi Breeze®. Download bank activity yourself for bank rec.

02 · Upload

Choose the files

Upload files manually. UnitClose never asks for a property-management or bank username, password, connection, or feed.

03 · Review

Confirm every output

Review mappings, exceptions, calculations, and draft variance notes. You remain in control of what is used or sent.

04 · Send

Download polished artifacts

Download branded owner statements or a reconciliation worksheet prepared for your records and professional review.

Process and delete

Your ledger is work material, not our database.

We process files for the job

Uploaded financial files and intermediates are designed to be deleted as soon as processing finishes, with a 24-hour object-storage lifecycle as a backstop.

Outputs expire quickly

Generated PDFs and ZIP files are designed to be deleted when downloaded or after 24 hours. Job status and counts can remain; ledger rows do not go into Postgres.
